Dominic Barton, Canada’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, was one of the first people to articulate a clear vision for the sector when he led the work of the Economic Advisory Council and penned what is now referred to as the “Barton Report.”
Erin sits down with Mr. Barton to discuss trade with China, one of our country’s most important markets, and how Canada can achieve its ambitious goals in the world market.
