Lethbridge (Farming Smarter) — A pollinator sanctuary pilot project in 2019 Farming Smarter explored seed mixes that can support natural pollinators.
The idea is to use marginal lands such as pivot corners, ditches or fence lines to create habitats that encourage and support pollinators. In turn, the pollinators would serve crop growers in nearby fields.
