Artisan Arugula Guacamole Dip from Food E Farms

Ingredients: Arugula, three avocadoes, Lime juice, One teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup diced onion, Chopped cilantro, Diced tomatoes, Minced garlic, Pinch cayenne pepper, Pinch of chipotle powder.


  1. Place most of the ingredients into a food processor except the tomatoes and cilantro.
  2. Mix for 30 seconds
  3. Add the tomatoes and cilantro.
  4. Mix for an additional 30 seconds.

Serving: Place in a serving dish with nacho chips, crackers, or spread it on bread.

Adding arugula to a dip is a great way to add more flavour with zing!
