(Food E Farms) – This week’s Foodie Friday from our friends at Food E Farms is a Basil Lemon Smoothy.

A great afternoon liquid snack.


  1. 1 Cup Almond Milk
  2. 1 Cup of Lemon Yogurt
  3. 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  4. 14 Fresh Basil Leaves
  5. 1 Cup Water (or Fave Liquid)

Combine: 1 Cup Almond Milk, 1 Cup Lemon Yogurt, 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice, 14 Fres Basil Leaves, 1 Cup Water (or Fave Liquid) in a blender

Blend and Serve: Once all of the ingredients are in, blend until the consistency is to your liking and serve.

This recipe will serve 2 people.
