Calgary (Foodie Farms) – This week on Foodie Friday our friends at Foodie Farms are making Basil Banana Smoothies. A great morning smoothy to get the day going or an afternoon beverage on the deck. A healthy way to keep you on the move.
- 14 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 4 or 5 Ice cubes
- 2 Bananas
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Syrup
- Ginger to taste

- Combine Cream, Ginger, Bananas, Syrup, Basil, and Ice Cubes in the blender
- Once all of the ingredients are in, blend until the consistency is to your liking and serve.
