She talks about eating real whole foods instead of processed food marketed as healthy, as well as how eating animal protein, beef, in particular, is actually beneficial for the environment.
There is currently a lot of controversy surrounding meat but Diana and Jill talk about the need for everyone to listen and learn from each other when it comes to what a healthy diet can look like and to have an open mind and accept that positive dialogue around our opinions is the best path forward regardless of differing opinions.
