Cooking with microgreens is easy to do.
This week’s Foodie Friday from Food E Farms features the Breaky Wrap – This breaky wrap uses two kinds of microgreens: Racy Red Radish & Artisan Arugula
Ingredients:
1. Racy Red Radish
2. Artisan Arugula
3. 2 Eggs beaten
4. Diced Onion
5. Garlic
6. Red Peppers
7. Turkey Bacon
8. Cheese
9. Flour Tortilla

Preparation:
Sauté the chopped veggies and garlic together in a pan then mix in the eggs when ready. Add everything to the tortilla. To get a slightly spicy flavor add arugula with radish when wrapping to give it a special raw crunch and zingy flavor.
